Eulogio A. Mendoza

Loi is President of The ATR KimEng Equity Opportunity Fund, Inc.; Director of The Mutual Fund Management Company of the Philippines; and Chairman of the Board and President of The ATR KimEng Money Market Fund, Inc. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of AsianLife and General Assurance Corp. (ALGA); a Co Vice-Chairman of AsianLife Financial Assurance Corp. (ALFA); and a Director of ATR KimEng Financial Corp. (ATRKEFC). Loi previously served as President and CEO of GE Life Insurance Co. (now ALGA); President, CEO and Director at Pan Philippine Life Insurance Co. (now Philippine AXA Life). Before that, Loi was a Director at PhilamCare Health Systems, Inc. and Philam Plans, Inc., and Vice-President at Philippine American Life Insurance Co., Inc. (all AIG companies). He is a Director, and former President, of the Philippine Life Insurance Association (PLIA). Loi earned the title of Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) from the Life

Clarissa Y. Carreon

Claire is the Head of the Investment and Technical Services Unit of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Provident Fund Office. Prior to this, she held a variety of business development, portfolio management and trading positions with AsianBank, AB Capital & Investment Corp., and Metrobank. Claire obtained an MBA (major in Finance, Silver Medalist) from De La Salle University and two undergraduate degrees from St. Scholastica’s College: B.S. Psychology and B.S. Commerce, major in Human Resource Management (magna cum laude). She also completed the Ateneo Graduate School’s Trust Operations and Investment Management Course (with distinction), and is presently a candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Claire is a member of the Fund Managers’ Association of the Philippines |

Eduardo B. Chaves

Ed is a Vice-President and the Head of the Trust Banking Group at Land Bank of the Philippines. Prior to this, he held various positions at: Asiatrust Development Bank; Gotuaco & Gotuaco, Inc.; CDR Consulting Development, Inc.; AB Capital and Investment Corp.; Rizal Commercial Banking Corp.; and General Bank and Trust Company (now Allied Bank). Ed is active in the Rotary Club of Sta. Mesa, Quezon City, and was previously involved in the Rotary Club of Makati, Trust Officers Association of the Philippines, and other civic groups. He completed his BA in Economics, and worked towards an MA in Economics, both at the Ateneo de Manila. |
Jose Ricardo P. R. Delgado, Jr. - Director. Ricky is concurrently President and CEO of Citadel Holdings, Inc. and President of Miascor Holdings, Inc. Before this, he served as Citadel’s Chief Investment Officer, Vice President for Business Development, and Chief Financial Officer. Ricky also previously worked with Islacom, before he obtained his Masters in
Management at Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School. He holds a double BA in International Relations and European History (magna cum laude) from Brown University.e at the National Trust School of Northwestern University. |

Eusebio is Executive Committee Chairman of the STI Education Services Group, and Chairman of the De Los Santos-STI College and De Los Santos-STI Medical Center. He also serves as Vice Chairman and President of Asian Terminals, Inc., and as President of Southern Textile Mills, Inc., Philippines First Insurance Co., and Mactan Electric Co. Eusebio is a Director of Bank of Commerce and United Coconut Chemicals, Inc. He is affiliated with the Philippines-Thailand Business Council, the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Philippine Stock Exchange. Eusebioholds an MSC in Economics from the London School of Economics, and an undergraduate degree from the Ateneo de Manila University. |

Francisco Jose R. Elizalde

Michael began his career with Nissho-Iwai, first in New York, then London. He subsequently joined Philipp Brothers, Inc. Gemma M. Santos

Gemma is a Senior Partner at Picazo Buyco Tan Fider & Santos Law. She is also a Director of Metro Pacific Corp. and corporate secretary of several Philippine corporations, including four publicly listed firms. In addition to acting as corporate secretary for The ATR KimEng Equity Opportunity Fund, Gemma also holds this position at ATRKEFC and other firms within the ATR KimEng Group of Companies (including MFMCP), and at The ATR KimEng Money MarketFund. She is a Director of ATR Holdings, Inc. Gemma obtained her Bachelor of Laws and BA from the University of the Philippines. |
